Meet Vince Xu
Vince Xu has dedicated his life to helping accident victims recover from their injuries and to getting them the maximum possible compensation. With millions of dollars recovered, Vince takes pride in ensuring that every single client, no matter the severity of their accident, feels taken care of during this difficult time.
The son of hardworking immigrant parents, Vince was the first person in his family born in the United States. Growing up, Vince spent a lot of time with his father, who’s been a prominent Physical Therapist in the South Bay for the past 30 years. As a result, Vince was exposed to a revolving door of injured patients, many of whom were victims of car accidents, motorcycle accidents, and truck accidents. Vince would watch them go from the worst condition of their life to slowly seeing a semblance of their pre-injured self. It was on this journey of recovery where not only did these patients find hope for a better tomorrow, but a spark ignited in young Vince that ultimately led him to become one of the most prominent accident attorneys in California.
Vince graduated with honors from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles and earned a spot on the Dean’s List. At Loyola, Vince served as a Production Editor of his school’s Law Review and participated on Loyola’s Transactional Negotiation Team, where he was awarded the team’s best negotiator. Vince also represented Loyola at the XXVI Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, arguing before international arbitration panels in San Diego, Kuala Lumpur, and Hong Kong. While in law school, Vince served as a Federal Court Judicial Extern for the Honorable Catherine E. Bauer in the United States Central District of California.
Vince began his legal career defending insurance carriers against personal injury claims filed by injured plaintiffs. With this invaluable knowledge from the defense side, he’s been able to win cases for injured victims using the defense’s own strategies against them.
Following his stint defending insurance companies, Vince pivoted to representing policyholders against insurance companies for their bad faith actions in 7, 8, and 9 figure lawsuits. Here, Vince learned every trick in the book that insurance companies use to wrongfully deny coverage. Now, when insurance companies refuse to pay up, Vince calls them on their bad faith actions, which often results in settlements before trial.
Coupling his passion for helping injured victims and invaluable experience fighting against insurance companies, Vince has gained a reputation for getting maximum value on every case. His aggressive methods have often led to faster and more efficient negotiation, as well as excelling in mediation and arbitration. But even more important, Vince takes pride in seeing all of his clients make as close to a full recovery as possible so they can go back to doing the things they love.
